Credit Union Center
Back by popular demand - Joyce Jamroz, partner at Jamroz and Katz consulting, who delivered last year's program on experiential learning for credit union trainers will be back on May 22 with a new program. Joyce's previous program received comments such as, "This workshop was fantastic!" and " "Incredibly well done – very engaging – excellent content – one of the best trainings I’ve ever been to". Join Joyce and your peer trainers from credit unions across our three states, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Co-presenting with Bill Nagle, SVP of Professional Development at the League, Joyce will provide methods for helping employees create learning development plans. At the end of this training, participants will have tools and resources to bring back to their own credit union that can help employees identify their own personal areas of learning and growth and thus help them to fully invest in their future and with the credit union.
We will share statistics, diagnose job descriptions for learning gaps, identify solutions and assist an in-house trainer or a professional development manager in uncovering ways to better engage employees in available learning opportunities.
Join us for a day of learning together how we can positively impact the knowledge and skill base at each of our shops, helping to improve the bottom-line performance for each of our own CUs.
