To present a poster, please register your poster discipline and title via the meeting registration page. We are requesting this information to prevent duplicate poster registrations as poster board space will be limited.
A 44 inch x 44 inch poster space will be provided for you. Push pins will be provided to display your poster.
Refreshments are being offered for attendees at a cost of $23 per day on Monday and Tuesday and $12 on Wednesday. To participate in the refreshments, prepayment will be collected online via the meeting registration page. You must pre-register and provide prepayment to participate in refreshments by April 30. If you wish to make changes to your selection, you must contact Ana Wilson directly at email@example.com by April 30, 2012 4:00 p.m. EST. You will not be able to change your selection via this site.

If you wish to cancel your registration and/or meal selection you must contact Ana Wilson directly at firstname.lastname@example.org by April 30, 2012 4:00 p.m. EST. After this date, no changes can be made and no refunds will be issued.
