iii) Post-congress workshops
There are a number of student workshops on the day after the main meeting (Wed. July 11). Registration for these is through a separate process. For more visit the main meeting website

i) Congress printed program. A full and up-to-date version of the congress program will be available as a pdf for download for free from the conference website in the days leading up to the meeting. A free, customizable mobile app of the same program will also be available on the main meeting website shortly before the meeting. Therefore, in an effort to reduce paper and save trees, a printed (i.e. hardcopy) version of the program is not included in your registration package. However, you can purchase one for $20 $65

iii) Final congress dinner and farewell party.  In lieu of the traditional Evolution conference banquet on the final day (July 10), and more in-line with ESEB/CSEE tradition, we will be hosting a less formal farewell dinner party at the spectacular Canadian Museum of Civilization. The museum will be closed to the public but open for us to visit; we’ll have music, good food, lots to drink, and no speeches. Transportation is included.

Ticket for final congress mixer:
Faculty/Extra exhibitor/Guest: $75
Postdoc: $65
Student: $50

4. Talk/Poster registration - NOW CLOSED
Note: with the exception of a few special awards, only titles (i.e. no abstracts) are collected when registering a talk and/or poster. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for specific days or times (for talks or posters).

Talks are 12 min. + 2 min. for questions and will be scheduled during concurrent sessions. Different from traditional ESEB meetings, but in-line with past Evolution (SSE/ASN/SSB) meetings, anyone that wants to give a talk can do so, space permitting. Registration for talks is on a first-come first-served basis and, while we hope to be able to accommodate everyone, registration will close if capacity is reached.

Posters must fit in a 4 x 4 ft. (1.2 m x 1.2 m) space and we have essentially unlimited capacity, sono poster will be turned away.
