Healthy Connections Monthly Support Group 

Join our live web-based support groups for ongoing support with weight loss or weight maintenance. Topics include dealing with obstacles preventing you from achieving your goal weight, exercise recommendations and ideas, meal and snack planning, roadblocks you may be facing, and eating in social settings.
This webinar will provide you with the support and accountability that you may need to help you achieve or maintain your goal weight.
