Program Description & Application:

Teens Take Action is a year-long program that empowers the next generation of change makers and equips them with the tools to make a difference.  Beginning with a week-long intensive workshop in July and continuing through the year with regular gatherings and service projects, this group of 25 committed high-school age students will learn about the work of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and participate in volunteer opportunities and critical discussions with youth and adult leaders who are working on global and local issues. Throughout the year, students will build and launch their own action projects culminating in a public presentation of their work at the May 2015 Teens Take Action Fair.
