Dr. Pamela McCauley Bush
University of Central Florida
Associate Professor, Director of the Ergonomics Laboratory Industrial Engineering & Management Systems Department
 
Women in Leadership

Serving as a leader in business, academia and the community, Dr. Bush will address the criticality of women seeking, accepting and excelling in leadership roles. Dr. Bush will use empirical data, historical examples, and evidence of the benefits of having women in leadership roles to demonstrate the importance of gender equity in leadership for a global society. Her presentation will include examples and guidelines designed to support leadership development and success in an academic setting.
