USPTO is hosting a roundtable discussion on trademark protection in China.
Our guests for the event will include 15 senior officials from China's State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the China Trademark Office, and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: the program will be a perfect opportunity for U.S. businesses and practitioners to learn more about the trademark protection system in China. We expect the program to include a discussion of common mistakes made by applicants and helpful tips for registering marks in China.
There will also be an open Q&A session for attendees to ask questions of the panel.
This program is part of the USPTO’s continuing commitment to increase public awareness of intellectual property rights and the enforcement of these rights in the global marketplace.
