We invite you to attend the 9th Annual School Health and Wellness Institute, Wednesday-Friday, October 15-17, 2014, at the Hilton Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska.

A healthy student is a successful student.  Schools play an important role in growing healthy youth into healthy adults by teaching and modeling lifelong wellness skills.  Healthy and successful students grow into healthy and successful adults.

As in years past, this year’s topics will address many different aspects of improving student and school health and wellness including nutrition, physical activity, health education, social support systems, suicide prevention, bullying, student and school safety, and many more.

Who should come: teachers, school nurses, counselors, school administrators and staff, school board members, school nutrition staff, public health nurses, parents, students, community members and anyone interested in learning how to cultivate healthier and more successful students.

We hope to see you there!
