An Aquarium Adventure

Today’s adventure will begin as you stroll through Centennial Olympic Park on the way to the world’s largest Aquarium. Your experienced guide will point out all the interesting details about the park – one of Atlanta’s wonderful legacies from hosting the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games. Then, tour the World’s Largest Aquarium! With over eight million gallons of fresh and marine water, and 100,000 animals representing 500 species from around the globe, you’re sure to encounter marine life you’ve never seen before! Marvel at the Georgia Aquarium’s 60 habitats with 12,000 square feet of viewing windows. City Tour With African-American History & Culture
 
In many ways, Atlanta was the incubator for the American Civil Right Movement. Our city is rich with Civil Rights history and information and you will be able to explore this heritage today! Enjoy a driving tour down Sweet Auburn Avenue, the first, and for a long time the most thriving black business district in the South and important landmark of the Civil Rights Movement. Visit the Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Non-Violent Social Change, Dr. and Mrs. King’s gravesite and historic Ebenezer Baptist Church. Next, you’ll drive by the Atlanta University complex – Spellman, Morehouse and Atlanta-Clarke University and Alonzo Herndon’s Home. Additionally, you will get a first look at the site of the future National Center for Civil Rights. Once built, this state of the art facility will allow visitors to learn about the history of the Civil Rights Movement, contemporary human rights and how they are connected. Like so much of America, Atlanta is a melting pot of different cultures and heritages. This city tour will take you through Downtown and Midtown experiencing all Atlanta has to offer!

Stone Mountain Park

Pandamonium

Atlanta Botanical Gardens & The High Museum of Art
