This year’s Commodity Organization Meetings is scheduled for February 12-14, 2013 at the Embassy Suites in Montgomery.  Please note the new location. Registration each day will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the individual commodity meetings beginning at 9:30 a.m. and should conclude around 3:30 p.m. Contact your county chairmen and vice-chairmen and encourage them to attend and participate in this important meeting. 

 Enclosed is the reservation form and hotel information. Pre-registration is $25.00 for each day of the conference and must be received by Friday, January 11th. After January 11th a $25 late fee should be added. On-site registration will be $65.00. We urge you to get your registration in early as this helps the conference planners arrange for a successful meeting. The schedule is listed below.

   To effectively represent Alabama farmers it is important that we have a broad based representation of commodity leaders. We will be discussing issues, setting priorities and electing four members to each state commodity committee.
