Welcome to T-Mobile’s First Connect for Dealers Registration Site.

First Connect for Dealers has been designed to help prepare our sales representatives to sell T-Mobile while creating a differentiated customer experience. Throughout the training, you will learn about four key aspects of selling T-Mobile: the T-Mobile Brand and Our Culture, Our Customer Experience Expectations, T-Mobile Products and Services, and T-Mobile Systems.

This training will be conducted via the T-Mobile Live Virtual Classroom, where you will be able to participate in a live class, a series of discussion boards, chat rooms, and interact with T-Mobile experts. This training is 4 hours in length.

Registration is required to attend this course.  Classes will be held each Tuesday and Thursday on the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month at 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time
 
      
      System Requirements:
  • Computer with high speed Internet connection.
  • Ability to play and hear video segments on the computer using speakers or headset.
  • The audio portion of the training will be a conference call. Please use mobile phone with fully charged battery or landline phone.
  • Access to printer to print Participant Workbook.
