How do we create and lead a group that works out of the box? We will explore what being out of the box means for groups, what treating groups as I-You means , and will learn a series of concrete things we can do to make being out of the box the norm.

The Choice: Seminar #2 in its depth and simplicity is a transformational process; continues to build on The Choice for Ministers: Seminar #1.
