Terms and Conditions

·         All packages are subject to availability and pricing at time of booking.

·         Qualifying packages must include air and a minimum of 3 nights' hotel

·         Individuals may travel up to 5 days before and/or after the group travel dates  

·         All guests must stay at the same hotel (Gran Porto Real)

·         Delta Vacations must issue all airline tickets.

·         Standard Terms and Conditions apply and are outlined during the booking process; other restrictions may apply.
·         Legal names (as written on travel documents e.g. passport) are required at time of booking and name changes are not allowed..

Your package includes a special group discount as follows:

o   $50 on packages of $999 - $2,499

o   $100 on packages of $2,500 - $4,999

o   $200 on packages of $5,000 or more

·         The program requires a minimum of 10 people booking air and hotel package to qualify for the group discounts

·         Minimum purchase of $999 per booking is required.

·         Maximum discount is $200 per booking; discount is a percentage of each eligible component.

·         Discount applies to qualified passengers only. Children staying free in room do not qualify for discount.

·         Discount is taken off the base price. Taxes, fuel surcharges, customs and security fees, September 11th Security Fee, Passenger Facility Charges, and other fees may apply and are additional.

·         Discount is valid towards all fares (subject to availability) on reservations that include a minimum of one flight on Delta Air Lines®, Northwest Airlines®, Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and/or KLM Royal Dutch Airlines; reservations that include only flights on other airlines do not qualify. The hotel discount is based on the standard room charges of each of the participating hotels.

·         Discount is not valid with other discounts or special status fares (such as companion, agency/industry discount, free or award tickets, web fares, senior fares, or child rates); on blackout dates, or on bookings with a Group contract; and is not retroactive.

·         Discount will recalculate if modifications are made to the booking.

·         Discount is intended for recipients of this promotional code. If these terms and conditions are not complied with, the promotional code discount will be removed from the booking and the full amount of the booking will be collected.

·         No refunds will be issued toward offer. Offer has no cash value. Offer void if qualifying booking is cancelled.

·         Dolphin Vacations is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

·         Group booking does not ensure that all associated passengers will be re-accommodated on same flight in the event that a schedule change occurs.

·         Bookings with this group may not be made after April 16th, 2010 

GeneraL Terms and Conditions

General Information

·         All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and are confirmed at the time of reservation.

·         Prices include charges for planning, servicing and operating packages and are subject to change without notice.

·         Prices DO NOT include the following: passport and visa fees as required by destination traveling to, some foreign departure taxes and other government-imposed charges; and MAY NOT include porterage, gratuities, resort fees, energy surcharges.

·         Dolphin Vacations and Delta Vacations do not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to luggage or any belongings while in the custody of any airline, bus company, or hotel.

·         Airlines have specific luggage allowances. It is the passenger's responsibility to comply with those allowances, or excess/overweight baggage charges may apply and will be collected at the ticket counter of the departing airport.

·         Airlines have varying luggage fee policies. View details on luggage fees by carrier.

·         By purchasing, you agree to receive e-mails related to your trip.

·         Bonus miles, in addition to credited flight miles, are earned with the purchase of an air and hotel package.  SkyMiles account number must be applied to your booking prior to departure.

·         Passengers flying on SkyMiles awards will not receive mileage credit and are not eligible for any bonus miles.

·         Dolphin Vacations and Delta Vacations reserve the right to vary package inclusions, itineraries, options, and in some cases, hotels if necessary.

·         Once payment is applied, applicable cancellation and/or change fees will be assessed, some maybe non-refundable.

·         Additional fees (departure taxes, fuel surcharges, etc.) may be charged due to changes in regulations and policies.

·         Name changes made to confirmed car rental bookings may result in a price change to the current available rate.

Travel Identification

·         Domestic Travel: All passengers 18 years of age or older are required to present 1 form of government-issued photo ID (such as a valid driver's license) or 2 forms of non-photo identification, 1 of which must be a state or federal agency-issued (such as a U.S. Social Security card), before boarding a flight. Failure to present positive identification can result in denied boarding and no refunds will be granted.

·         Proof of Citizenship: To enter or return from a foreign country, all passengers are required to present appropriate documentation. Each country, including the USA, has different requirements and these requirements are subject to change at any time. It is the passengers' responsibility to have the correct documentation. For up-to-date entry requirements, see Help/FAQs. Non-U.S. citizens are also required to check for proper documentation requirements.

o    For certain countries a notarized consent from both parent(s) or legal guardian(s) is required for children under age 18 traveling alone, with one parent, or in someone else's custody; or a notarized birth certificate showing only one parent, a parent's death certificate, or a court order of child custody MAY also be permissible. Passengers are required to check for proper documentation requirements. Minors traveling alone must be met by an adult.

·         Health Requirements: You are responsible for complying with the health requirements of the countries you intend to visit. Check with your physician regarding any immunizations that may be recommended or required.

NOTE: Delta Vacations is not responsible for failure to present proper documentation. Incorrect documentation could result in denied entry and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Air Transportation

·         All tickets must be issued by Delta Vacations.

·         Airfares are guaranteed upon receipt of full payment.

·         Restrictions apply for unaccompanied minors. Please contact Delta Vacations reservations or your travel agent for further information.

·         FAA regulations require that a separate seat be purchased for a child 2 years of age or older; a lap-held child under 2 years old does require a purchased ticket for travel outside U.S. 50 states at 10% of the adult base fare, plus applicable taxes and fees.

o    Birth certificates may be required at check-in as proof of age.

o    Passengers 15 years of age or older may legally hold a child in their lap.

o    Only 1 child under the age of 2 years old per passenger is allowed

Hotel Accommodations and Activities

·         Dolphin Vacations and Delta Vacations cannot guarantee fulfillment or special arrangements or requests, such as adjoining rooms, special bed configurations, or nonsmoking room requests.

·         Handicap accessibility varies widely between hotels in international destinations; although listed as handicap accessible it may not be ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. For specific details on the accessibility of a hotel and its rooms, please contact Dolphin Vacations.

·         Handicap accessible rooms are on a request-only basis, based on availability.

·         Optional sightseeing, entertainment, and/or transportation options cannot be purchased separately.

Car Rental Information

·         Each rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period beginning at the time you pick up your car.

·         Drivers must have a valid driver's license held for at least one year and be at least 25 years of age

·         Some countries or car categories may also stipulate a minimum or maximum age limit.

·         Passport identification may be needed at the time of car pick-up in international destinations.

·         Charges not included at the time of booking include: Collision Damage Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance, Theft Protection Coverage, gasoline, applicable taxes for optional services, local taxes, airport service charges, additional driver charges, and drop-off charges.

·         On delivery of your car, you will be required to leave a credit card to cover the insurance deductible.

·         Additional fees may apply and will vary by country.

·         Car rental companies or tour operators will not make partial refunds on unused services or apply any portion of the rental to charges for gasoline, insurance, or damages.

If purchased, Travel Protection Premiums and other non-refundable items, will be collected in addition to deposit amounts above.

Accepted forms of payment:

·         American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner's Club, including Carte Blanche and Montage credit cards.

·         Delta Vacations gift cards or travel certificates.

·         Agency checks; if paying by agency check, agencies must:

o    Mail payment to MLT Vacations, P.O. Box 5040, Minot, ND 58703-0663

o    Ensure their payment is received by MLT Vacations by the due date.

·         Delta/NWA-issued Transportation Credit Vouchers (TCV), Miscellaneous Charge Orders (MCO), and Electronic Credit Vouchers (ECV/E-TCV) will be accepted as payment towards the air portion of Delta Vacations package, as long as travel begins on or before one year from the issue date and in accordance with terms and conditions on the certificate/voucher. To redeem these, you must:

o    Call Delta Vacations Reservations to make your reservation and indicate that you are using one of these Delta/NWA-issued options as a form of payment (these cannot be redeemed via the website)

o    Provide the reference number, certificate number and/or redemption code at time of reservation (for electronic versions) OR,

o    Submit the original paper document to Delta Vacations within five days of booking the reservation (for paper document

·         Delta Vacations also accepts Electronic Denied Compensation Credit Vouchers for the air portion of Delta Vacations packages. To redeem these, you must:

o    Call Delta Vacations Reservations to make your reservation and indicate that you are using an Electronic Denied Compensation Credit Voucher (these cannot be redeemed via the website)

o    Provide the Reference number, Certificate number and/or Redemption Code at time of reservation

NOTE: Agency-issued MCOs or ARC Tour Orders are NOT accepted as a form of payment for Delta Vacations packages.

Please note that a change of destination, travel date, passenger name, or class of service is considered a cancellation and will incur applicable cancellation fees.

Certain airfares may be non-refundable.

Hotel penalties, including hotel voucher programs, may vary by hotel, season, and time of departure.

Some land-only hotels are non-refundable; these will be identified in the hotel rate rules and when checking availability.

Examples of "other non-refundable items" are train tickets, event or show tickets, theme park passes, etc.
