The Georgia Health Partnership (GHP) offers training to fee-for-service Georgia Medicaid providers. We offer a variety of training options to accommodate your busy schedule.  

GHP Provider Training Options: Provider Assistance Meetings Obtain one-on-one assistance at Provider Assistance Meetings (PAMs). Meet with Provider Field Service Representatives about claims resolution and web portal issues. We provide assistance for any fee–for-service Georgia Medicaid topic. These are 1 hour meetings (1 hour sessions) scheduled at least one time per month. The dates and times are specified when the trainings are announced. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register in advance. Live Training Events You also have the option to attend a live training event if you prefer classroom-style training. These classes take place in locations all over the state and cover topics such as new provider training, using the Web portal and category of service billing. The date and time are specified when the trainings are announced. Space is limited, so we request that you register for these classes. Web Training The Web training option is intended for the do-it-yourself learner who is ready for self-directed learning, at your own pace and according to your own schedule. No traveling required! ACS Provider Services will be hosting several Web trainings per month. Visit the GHP Web Training Portal for a complete listing of web training courses at https://ghptraining.webex.com.   Onsite Visits ACS provider field representatives provide onsite training if you have training needs that require more of a one-on-one in depth training or are not suitable for a classroom setting.
