The PRC CyberSeminar is an interactive, educational forum that includes a presentation made via the Internet, with audio provided through a telephone conference session.
|
|
Please join Katie Obst and Jan Gnida to introduce the Home Health CAHPS® survey and the CMS’s plans for national implementation later this year. The survey asks about the experiences of patients with skilled and unskilled home health care services, such as care provided by nurses; physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists; and home health aides.
Home health care agencies that choose to participate must contract with an approved survey vendor. During this CyberSeminar, we will share information about national implementation and how PRC can assist you with participation.
