As one of the original healthy community initiatives, Our Healthy Community Partnership is a collaborative forum for addressing chronic disease and other vital health issues in Omaha, Nebraska. Funded by the major area hospital systems, insurance companies, and other private and public organizations, OHCP has created a framework and catalyst to drive funding decisions, organizational community benefit focus, and programming and policy in order to reverse negative health trends.
