Dear Assurant 20-Club Client Dealers:
The 2009 Annual “Update” is right around the corner, and with it comes growing excitement for the year to come. The past year has brought us great volatility in the Powersports industry, and stability in the future is not on the immediate horizon. There has never been a more necessary time for process and structure within your four walls. Maximizing every opportunity is a must.
“Update” has always been a training event, and this year is no different. With 42 different 75-minute-modules over the three day event, we will dive into areas that are sure to be hot buttons in 2009. There’s never been a better time to get refocused on the basics, the driving engines that keep the doors open. But the basics have now been broadened to cover many newer profit centers such as Internet Sales, Call Centers, and Menu Selling in Service, all of which will be explored over the three days. Please take a look at the “Agenda” tab for more detailed information on all of the sessions offered.
Your greatest asset is not your name, your product, or your location… it’s your people. In today’s day and age, customer service trumps all. The only way to provide world class customer service is through dedicated training and follow-up. With over 15 different presenters for the three-day session, “Update” will provide much of that training, as well as tools for managers to “keep it going” throughout the year.
We’ve switched the venue to Atlanta this year, giving a reprieve to all East Coast dealers who have made the trek to Denver for so long. Atlanta also houses the corporate headquarters of Assurant Solutions. We will have eight 20-Clubs on the front side of “Update”, and six 20-Clubs on the back. Coupled with an open invitation for Assurant Powersports clients who are not 20-Club members, there will be hundreds of dealers to network with over the 7-day span.
