This conference is for state federation, area and central labor council leaders and staff and will be organized as an opportunity to share ideas and discuss a number of questions of critical importance to building strong organizations at the grassroots and in our states, including how we work together in a coordinated effort to win nationally by working locally.

We'll meet with our officers and affiliate leaders but spend part of our time together in small groups to discuss the role of our state and local organizations, as we build a stronger national labor movement. This is a great opportunity to meet with our colleagues from across the country on the eve of the historic AFL-CIO Convention!
